NATIONAL TEACHING CURRICULUM

As part of Caroline's comprehensive teacher training, she completed the American Ballet Theatre’s National Training Curriculum and earned certification in levels Pre-Primary through Level 3. This intensive program provided in-depth instruction on the structure and progression of ABT’s curriculum, including the appropriate order and difficulty of steps to introduce to developing dancers. Caroline also studied methods to foster healthy physical development and emotional well-being in students, aligning with ABT’s commitment to training the whole dancer. Her experience with ABT is one of several programs that have shaped her approach, blending technique, artistry, and care in every class she leads.

TEACHING PHILOSOPHY

Caroline's teaching philosophy is grounded in the personal growth of the dancer. She strives to give her students the tools they need to succeed in various environments of life. Caroline believes that a strong technical foundation, paired with a healthy, educational approach, empowers dancers to grow with confidence, resilience, and self-awareness. In her classes, she prioritizes proper progression, injury prevention, and body awareness. Caroline aims to create a supportive environment where dancers feel safe to take risks, ask questions, and express themselves fully.
